Long withdrawals
The withdrawal period is very long. It will take more than a week before you get your money and worst of all you will be asked to submit a lot of documents. We will also wait a long time for approval.

Aggressive and harassing marketing calls
Generally, this is a good broker but I decided to stop using their services because of the ever aggressive marketing calls that aren’t even permitted. They also flood my email with offers. They are forcing me to redeposit and it is kinda annoying and I felt harass.
