Alfa-Forex has been in the forex industry since 2003. This Forex broker is a part of Alfa Group, a Russian consortium with businesses in banking, insurance, investment, a waterworks company and supermarket chains.

Alfa-Forex seems to be a good option for beginners since the initial investment is equal to nothing, depending on the platform.

Listed stocks are quite a few. There are no many options to trade with just the commonly offered and they are not that profitable and are very volatile.

Useless customer service
Useless customer service. This happens several times. I have encountered several issues and guess what? No one from the customer service was able to help me. It is just a simple technical issue I am calling about but they can’t even answer my questions. I wonder were they even train how the platform look like?

Skeptic about this broker service

I felt cheated by this broker
All is working well when I started until such time I requested for withdrawals. They started to be difficult, I haven’t gotten any money it has been 2 weeks now. Been sending them messages but no replies at all.

demanding and rude
The company is good, I saw results and was able to withdraw. What I don’t like about this company is that the brokers are so demanding and rude just to force me to put more money. It sounded to me like they are becoming arrogant just for the sake of money.

A very bad company
A very bad company, they have stolen my profit. After my request for withdrawal has been filed my account was block and I cant get through their customer support. Worst of all, I did not receive the withdrawal I have requested. All my money was gone in limbo.

I had the worst experience with this broker.
I can only see my profits on their platform but can’t withdraw the profits at all. every time i request they would always find faults as a lame excuse to delay withdrawals. Stay away from this broker.

Ignorant!
I just want to express my dissatisfaction concerning their unpleasant and unprofessional brokers and customer support. Withdrawals request are never granted, they will give you hard time and will give you breach of policy as an excuse. And worst they will ignore you and will run away with all your money invested.

I can say this is a total scam.
Fast deposit but almost impossible to withdraw. And the software is fake. I did some research about market movement and there a big difference between their charts and google result. Don’t trust this company

My overall experience with this broker is okay.
Except for one thing, I’ve notice that they are very attentive and agressive during deposits and redeposits but it takes so much time to wait for their responses whenever there is a technical issue that needs to be resolved.

I was very disappointed!!
All is good when I started trading with them. Deposit is smooth and easy and customer service is responsive.Everything is working fine until I have requested for withdrawal. I was very disappointed!! I had hard time requesting for withdrawal and the process takes forever before I was able to get my money.

It's a frank SCAM
I signed up and subscribed to their signal service and guess what i got!! I lost all my money! I tried doing research on market movements and what i saw on their platform did not match, as if theirs is fake. Be careful with this scammers.

I deposit 100usd for investment lost all my fund! First time i deposit 10usd they will give you profit and lure you to deposit more, when I deposit 100usd they make me lost all my deposit balance.

Scammer
Don’t waste your money and time with this broker. I opened an account last month and when i already got over $100 profit i decided to withdraw my profits but the withdrawal request was declined. And come next day, my profit was gone and the account was closed. They are scammers! That is crystal clear!

Horrible service
I have my money in their account and now I can’t withdraw it due to their ridiculous ‘policy’ which they never mention to me when i first deposited. I have been trying to get help from this company for days now but it’s difficult to get through their customer service. Easy to deposit but seems that I can’t withdraw money at all.

I was ask to first give it a try with their Demo account to see potential profit I could get which I tried. Then I was lured to open a live account and they’ve made me deposit for more. When the broker had enough money from me, I lost everything…

Bad Experience with this Alfa Forex
After doing really well with the demo account I opened a live account and lost all my money. After loosing everything, it suddenly becomes difficult to contact the broker even their customer service.
Not an honest company, bad experiences at every turn.Stay away from this scammers or you will lose a fortune.
