In the investment category, the stakes get a little bit higher, but the tools that come with it definitely make up for the deposit minimums. Alpari also has some more details on trading on their accounts.
They also bring the attention of their users to some details on pending orders which must be placed at least 0.5 spreads from the current price levels on standard accounts and nano accounts. Spreads might also widen on nano.mt4 accounts.

Unable to get my money back
This broker is unsafe to trade with. I notice somethings not going right when I traded with them and I found out that they are not licensed so I immediately refund my money and closed my account. However, I was not able to get my money back.

Unhappy with customer service
I am extremely unhappy with how the customer service had treated me when I called to follow up on the delayed withdrawal. They never helped me instead they are very sarcastic. Do not use their services.

Missing withdrawal
I request to withdraw all my funds. After I request to withdraw the next day I receive an email that they require some documents to process my withdraw I submit all my documents and waiting after a week they told me they have closed my account. I did not receive my withdrawal but they insist that it has been processed.

At first I am happy with the trading results. I am seeing really good results on my trading platform. But things change when I requested to withdraw my profit. I really had hard time requesting for withdrawal and never received my money at all. And I am now very frustrated. It seems all is just a show. Stay away from them!

I had a terrible experience with this broker
I have requested for withdrawal last month and up to this time the status is pending. Every time I call their customer service they would say it’s pending and I will be notified once processed , that they will take a look at the request but until now it is still pending.
