XM has been in the industry for a decade. They have developed enough experience. Thus, they have the right tools to provide to their traders. Poor trading conditions
I tried their service by activating a demo account and I noticed that there are excessive fluctuations and very poor spreads, so I did not activate a live account.

No sense of responsibility
They have no sense of responsibility. I have called to ask for help regarding some technical problems I have encountered however I got no callback from them. They promise to call me back I have waited and wasted my time waiting for nothing.

Useless broker service
Useless forex broker. I feel like I will be better on my own. They are providing trading advice that is not so effective. Aside from that, it is very difficult to contact them.

Avoid this broker
Avoid this broker, by all means, I am a victim of their forex trading schemes. Will just lure you to deposit more but once they had enough of your money they will let you lose the trade. Worst, you can’t refund even if it is their fault.

Expensive trading instruments
Trading instruments are quite expensive. You may deposit a minimum amount but will not get you anything unless you deposit bigger amount, then you can place trades with this broker.

Unsolicited phone calls
I have opened an account with them with just a minimum deposit to try trading and see how it goes. But much to my regrets because after opening an account I’ve got phone calls almost every minute of the day pushing me to deposit more. So annoying!

Incredibly expensive

Ruthless and heartless brokers
Regulated brokers but ruthless and heartless. They will not take no for an answer, they almost rub all my money. I lost a huge amount and feel sorry for myself. I tried to clarify what happens but no one dares to explain they just said I lost so.

Unprofessional customer service
This is a good broker in general. I am just not happy with their customer service who never attend to set calls back time. I end up waiting for callback and realizing that I’ve just wasted my time waiting. Then they will call on unexpected hours while I am busy at work.

Do not invest in this broker
Do not invest in this broker, it seems to me like they are fake. I requested to withdraw my profits 2 weeks ago and until now I am still waiting. And worst they are not answering my emails, I can’t even get through their phone line.
