Moreover, when we investigate the deposits, we see a wide range – it goes from 250 to 50000 euros.

We are unsure if that is done for a specific reason, but it is not a good sign that the broker feels the need to be secretive about the information that should easily accessible to potential traders. I traded with this broker and only get approximately 3 percent profit in two months. I felt like it is just a waste of time. I gain profit yes but very minimal. I have devoted so much time and pretty much feel like time is being wasted here.

Terrible customer service
Broker signals are okay. I am also happy with trading terms. However, I am horrified by the customer service who doesn’t attend scheduled callbacks. I have wasted almost a day waiting for them to call but no one called me even if it is a scheduled call.

At first, I thought they are one of the best brokers, I can’t believe what they’ve done to me. The moment I start requesting a withdrawal, they come up with so many trading policy violations giving them a full reason to hold and freeze my money. I was not able to get any single cent from them.
